Shipping & Delivery

We pride ourselves on the speed and quality of our delivery. We do everything possible to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, please bear in mind that we hand make our products, we do not buy huge amounts from abroad in order to reduce wastage and be kinder to the planet.

Standard Delivery Charges – UK Mainland:

£3.95 – All UK orders are dispatched via a Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. Your tracking details will be provided by email.

UK Orders over £100 qualify for FREE delivery. This includes orders going to
England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.

Although we use the best UK couriers, delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed due to a number of factors. For example, extreme weather conditions and occasional problems with drivers on a local depot level can impact delivery times and are out of our control. If you have not received your order, please in the first instance check the tracking link in your order dispatch email. If this doesn’t resolve the orders location, please email us at so we can help to resolve the problem.

European Orders & Worldwide

For International orders you can see an accurate cost of delivery in the checkout before completing your order.

For more detailed and up to date information regarding prices and the international delivery service please contact us.

For delivery to Spain, we require customer DNI numbers in order to ensure the parcel successfully passes through Spanish Customs. For all international orders
please detail the telephone number of the person due to receive the items for the courier to contact them should there be a problem.

We cannot deliver to temporary addresses such as hotels as this poses a huge risk for the parcel to be lost.


International delivery

For orders exported outside of the United Kingdom you may be liable to be charged import duty, taxes and fees by your local customs office. We are unable to influence such import charges which may be payable when the value of the goods purchased is greater than the de minimis value for your country. Import taxes and fees will be collected from you by the courier prior to delivery and, are therefore separate and additional to the product and shipping charges paid for against your order.

If you refuse to pay the import charges and the parcel is returned to us, we will deduct from any refund due to you the costs incurred by us for the delivery, return shipping and any other associated costs. The cost of return shipping to us is determined by the courier and may be at a greater value to the original export shipping charge. If the cost of returning the goods to us is greater than the product value, the product may be destroyed by the courier and will not be refunded to you.
